Set respawn point to Gridania.
Can use any of the double jump macros below. I just personally like using DNC on the beginning jumps then swapping to BLU after.
NOTE: NIN IN THE MACROS CAN BE ANY JOB ASIDE FROM ONE YOU'RE SWAPPING FROM
