I am so grateful for this video. (I have added an update of my situation) I currently have COVID and I have been in quarantine for 12 days. My fever has not broken yet and it's difficult for me to cough. I have been laughing 😂 so much that I began a coughing fit. I finally started expelling mucus. It's painful but it's the best thing I have found to actually worked. Laughter really is the best medicine, who knew. It is day 14, I feel better now. The fever has broken and I have expelled a lot of the mucus. I do not really feel the heaviness in my lungs anymore. I still have residual nasal mucus but the pressure is gone. I am on the mend. My only real remaining complaint is a headache that has been continuous from the beginning. It was a true migraine with sound and light sensitivity. It is now just a tension headache. I have survived COVID! Thank you truly to all the well wishes. I am grateful for your kindness 🤗. I wish all the world relief from suffering not just of COVID, but of all suffering. Humanity is still intact and there is love and fellowship to be found. Thanks again 🌹
