In todays video I return to Stormworks to check out a massive 1:1 scale HMHS Britannic created by JPships, and sink it while also trying to escape! HMHS Britannic Download: steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...
Jesse: *falls into water that would soften the fall, and you could climb into a lifeboat after it gets released* Jesse 0.5 seconds later" Dead. Dead. Absolutely dead."

Jesse: I’m Jesse Gillett I Don’t Jump Ship Me: Well Yeah But Are You Gonna Go To The Stern? Jesse: Well Yeah But I Can’t Hold Me: Hold What Jesse: I Wanna Go To The Toilet Me: It’s To Late Jesse: I Know Me: OMG YOU WANNA GO TO THE TOILET WHILE THE SHIP SINKING?!? Jesse: Yeah Me: Oh My God Jesse: It’s Not Sinking Me: Are You CRAZY?!? Jesse: Nah Me: Ima Leave You Here
What's great about Britannic here, at least from what I could tell when I used it, is it's one of the simpler sinking methods, so you can disable the sinking mid-flood and potentially beach the ship successfully
basically you've just mentioned an alternate timeline that involves HMHS Britannic actually succeeding in beaching on the island of kea... had that actually happened, she'd either remain beached there for the rest of her exsistance, be given temporary repairs so that she can at least complete her mission without sinking (or possibly running into another sea mine on the return voyage, and sink anyway, only this time facing the complete other direction), or simply be scuttled due to her crippled state and the total loss of the use of her rudder... but hey, i wish some would make a video that has that happen... (in stormworks ofc)
true... she was a fine ship... much like her ill-fated sister Titanic, and the much loved Olympic... those 3 may not be preserved and intact like nomadic is... but deep down... they're always there in 1 piece...
the start sounded so caveman "but Im Jesse Gillet I dont jump ship, I go to stern" when it should be "but Im Jesse Gillet I dont jump over the ship, I go to the stern"
i'll be honest with you here... she very nearly did enter passenger service but when ww1 broke out, even though she was nearing completion, she was converted into a hospital ship for the war effort... man she came SO DAMN CLOSE to being the ship she was intended to be... that's unfortunate... but hey, luck was never really on the olympic class' side tbh...
@@aninkytheorist1133 Her last voyage was intended for the Aquitania but that ship could not do the voyage since her engines were being repaired. Due to this the British Government quickly reassigned Britannic as a hospital ship. In fact she was already being converted into a transatlantic passenger ship as her service ended in June 1916.
Britannic had potential. Same thing for the Great Eastern, if they used her for the route she was made for (England to Australia) then she would have been the greatest ship of her time
I like Titanic and a bunch of ships like britannic Queen Mary Queen Mary 2 Queen Elizabeth Queen Elizabeth 2 Costa concordia titan Poseidon symphony of the seas Disney dream And more
Do you like other ships too like Estonia, wilhelm gustloff, lusitania, mauritania, Aquitania, and battleships like Bismarck or hms hood? I myself like pretty much all ships, tanks, uboats, war airplanes and guns, and some other stuff, I could look at quite a few pictures of random vehicles or weapons and I could probably name them. And no I don’t like cars
@@SoggyCroissants please don't mention his name. I dislike youtubers that think they have to cuss in every sentence. But thanks for the information dude
