I can’t believe I’ve finished watching such a long video. This is probably the longest video I’ve ever watched on RU-vid! This is the most detailed and best remote control tank video I have ever seen! Well done!
Great Start out! I've got a couple of the MATO all metal tanks, an M36-B Tank Destroyer and the basic Sherman Gun Tank ( like this one ) M4A3. I used the M4 to help bring to life the tank and tank Destroyer combatants in the old Tank Horror novel, 'Panzer Spirit'. Following along with your Build for fun and information....
Excuse me but what type of bonding agent are they using to secure the fixtures onto Mato Sherman tanks? And what is the appropriate solvent to remove damaged pieces sir?
I don't know the glue they use off hand but to dislodge If the part doesn't pry off I first weaken the bond with some heat from a heat gun then once removed the shards are chipped away with an xacto. I hope this helps.
