Solido make excellent low budget models compared to brands like Maisto and Bburago, which are essentially garbage. For those comparing Autoart to Solido though is unrealistic, because while externally there is little to tell, the devil is in the details. Autoart is my favorite brand for 1/18 cars. Excellent review. Thank you. I just bought one of these. I think I'm gonna be fixing up that interior.

Well, the first difference is that Burago doesn’t make this model in 1/18 scale :)) If you’re asking about the difference between this two brands in general: I think Solido is more detailed, but Bburago have more openings (hood & trunk)

How would you compare this to autoart as far as detail and quality, if you have one?

There is no term of comparison. This is only for those who want a BMW E30, but can’t spend around 3-400 euros (the prices of street Autoart E30 on ebay). For me, Solido is good enough for now, represents an E30, and that’s just about it. No real details. But i do want to buy a streer version of this from Autoart. @@ACCollection I have the e30 sport evo autoart. Some people have been saying the solido will decrease the value of the autoart, but I dont believe that. They are still selling at consistist high prices! If you could do a comparison video that would be great!

I really don’t believe that will decrease the value of an Autoart. But will kind off sort the people that would buy an Autoart (those who just want an e30 model and don’t care about quality will buy the Solido). But, after buying my e30 DTM, I want an E30 EVO Autoart more than ever. So no, I don’t think the value will go down. Also, bear in mind, that after the recent quality issues with Autoart composite models, all the old Diecast models have gone up in value, and will continue to do so (that’s my two cents). I will try to make a comparison video. And thank you for watching! I really appreciate it! 👍🏻

That really depends on your taste. I agree, Lambo Sian is one of the best Burago lately. If you want an e30 from Solido, I recommend the silver version (better details overall ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SKcJTop7KL0.html

@@ACCollection thanks! I'm a big BMW fan and there is still no BMW in my collection. My dad says that I should get the E30 because he is like me! But over all the are both great models. The fact tha I considered the lambo is that it has loads of details and opening parts!! Aaaargh I can't choose!!!?

Am si eu două, una pe roșu și una gri si pot spune că ce-a roșie are niste lufturi foare urâte la ușii, cea gri este o idee mai bine lucrată, nu mai are aceea problemă cu ușile, ștergatoare le stau cum trebuie. Oricum la banii care costă nu poti să ai mari pretenți, nu se compară cu Otto, Autoart nici măcar cu Minichamps, este cel mai slab E30 M3 la scara 1:18, am modele mai vechi de la Solido 1:18 care sunt mult, mult mai atent lucrate si la care se deschide și capota motor, astea aduc mai mult a jucării sincer să fiu. Si treaba cu oglinzile de trebuie sa le montezi tu pe macheta, nici măcar nu stau oglinzile, trebuiesc lipite...:)))

Am toate modelele de strada (rosu, gri si negru). Cel gri este cel mai ok, are si detalii in plus (incalzitorul pe luneta). Sunt de acord, nu pot fi comparate cu firmele premium. Dar trebuie sa luam in comsiderare ca pretul este la jumate fata de un Otto (pretul de nou) si un Autoart costa acum de 9-10 ori mai mult. De multe ori modelele de la Solido au un pret mai mai bun decat Burago sau Maisto. Desi nu sunt perfecte, am devenit fan Solido

Tocmai ce am vazut. La sfarsitul anului apare E36 rosu cu BBS, dar este exclusiv pentru Germania. Sper sa reusesc sa iau unul (sunt curios de diferente intre cel albastru si galben)

@@ACCollection Îl am si pe ăla, E36 de la Solido pe albastru, este cu mult peste E30 chiar nu i-am găsit defecte la E36, arată bine macheta pentru cât costă.

It does have pedals but they are molded in and are the same color as the floor. I agreed with you, is a cheap model, bit considering the price, I think it’s worth it

The 190E DTM cars also came without pedals. I opened the model and put the pedals from an old and broken Maisto Dodge Viper. This might be a cheap model but sometimes cheap is expensive.
