Toyota had been focusing on making everyday cars that are economical, ones that would be preferred by the mass. As Toyota grew market share locally and abroad, it felt it also needed a halo car. One that would be appealing, create a wow factor to lure in consumers to admire Toyota's work, and act as a great marketing tool. To develop the car further, it partnered with Yamaha. That halo car turned out to be one hell of a collector car, Toyota's iconic supercar from the late 60s, the 2000 GT.
Sharing the Toyota 2000 GT from 1967, as replicated in diecast 1/18 scale by Autoart.
Autoart had done two releases of this car, this version is from the first release.

In our videos, we share with enthusiasts our joy in collecting these scale replicas. We share with you what to expect. You may spot imperfections, paint rashes, chrome spots, lose ends. Ours are real models from our own collection, and an effort to share with you our joy of owning these pieces in whatever state they come in.
We are not saying 100% of the pieces out there will have exact same issues, same rashes at the same places. We understand luck may have a big part to play on the overall experience of acquiring and owning our much loved items.
