Aw, yum! I'm a big fan of the regular Nicko's kitchen show, and I just discovered Nicko's Bakery. Even more awesome recipes for my mouth to water over.... Oh, yeah! This made my day!

I made this today in 2 layer pans for 30 minutes, only I beat the eggs with a cup of water first, and added 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar and a teaspoon of baking soda to the flour. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Just put in less flour and add cocoa powder. In grams (because I think in grams :P), I would say take about 20 grams off the flour, and put in 30 of cocoa instead, but that's just a guess :P Just play around with it until you find what works for you!
