I bought coffee at the stand outside. Had to take a piss later and they let me use the downstairs bathroom. I must say it was absolutely spotless! Country Store is a pretty cool place if you've never been.
"tommy beano" is a total creepo. I saw him telling the female customer in line in front of me how "young and fresh" she looks. Then I walked up with my bag of cookies, that I bought just to be nice, and a friendly "hi" in keeping with the Love Street vibe, but no love for me, lol! He didn't even greet me. So folks, it's all fake. Though the music lives forever, that 60's/70's era of peace and love is obviously dead. Drove my chevy to the levy but the levy was dry. Fake as his name and fake as the rug on top of his head.
"fake as the rug on top of his head...." I've just been laughing myself silly over that!!!! It is a spectacular "syrup" (syrup of fig = wig) haha, thanks thats really cheered me up today.
