Tough fight on my end too! Everyone was at double digit health but my Silverwolf clutched it with her constant nukes + Jing Yuan's burst. Just one turn before Mama's burst too!
Theme song so good, i didnt turn on x2 speed and watch it all in slow mo Silverwolf, Luocha, Blade and Jing Yuan No one died but it was super hype having Blade fighting side by side with JingYuan
I love the way that they mix orchestration with trap, so good This entire thing, but specially this "yih!" at 4:07 reminds me SO MUCH of bulgarian folk music, it's astoundingly good
interesting! 4:05 is often use chinese music (Eg history palace drama).The sound that sound nice! I believe the sound somehow magical feel. Hence use by many.
the chanting sounds the same as in Making of Cyborg from Ghost in the Shell which inspired a little the chanting in Blu Bird from NieR RepliCant . so maybe that was the style they settle on to pull out the mystery and alienate nature of Phantylia. btw i love this kind of chanting. so pretty

hmm? did you misunderstand. HSR already published music documentary, they did consider tibetan language, but changed mind after encountering Kam Grand Songs. The script is written in Chinese and had university professor translated to Kam language, then sung by Kam choir group.
@@degbeastkaoru5640 Allow me to slightly correct my self. They are chanting from Budhiist scriptures while using the Kam language. Yes, they did translate it but the fact they used Buddhiust scripts is what matters. They used the Kam language which stems from Guizhong Province which people are called there the Kam-Sui people. A sort of dialect where the people use.
I mean story meh but after some friends were like "damn the weekly boss is hard" (EoW) and here it was me ez pz with my beast Luocha lol. I since then put him back up as Support and now he gets picked a lot xD
She actually made me build my characters for once lmao an amazing boss. Also Jing Yuan was the highlight of this fight for me, bro would not stop shit talking I love him so much.
My actual reaction when i used to play story quest and hear this 1st phase : Panic (bro i cant use my skill) 2nd phase : The song is Fire 🔥 3rd phase : Im a Hero
Man, this OST hit so hard that it wiped my team out like bugs when this boss decided to crush the planet with his hands in his second theme. However this theme reminds me a lot of Nier, Kataganatari or .Hack.
i remember playing this quest in honkai on my finacé's computer(after I begged him to download star rail for me while i can't play on my pc lol) and when i got to this entire boss fight he got so invested he dropped everything to watch me beat this boss under leveled LMAO
So, funny thing happened to me with this fight. My team besides the trial Jing Yuan was Luocha, Dan Heng, and Fire TB, and the only one that got KO’d the whole fight was Dan…Who was also in the fight as IL, so technically Dan Heng did a dead’nt lol (Oh yeah, and the song slaps, too.)
Phase 3 is the perfect mix of NieR Automata and Final Fantasy and I'm all here for it. Gonna farm the shit of of this boss even though none of my characters needs their mats xD
Até o momento, a Boss Cocolia era minha preferida, de longe... mas quando eu iniciei essa, meu amigo.... quando do nada a música mudou, eu fiquei de cara na moral, to amando esse jogo, essa história, os personagens, eu não dava nada por ele, e estou amando o game.
I like how the P3 music starts pulling in some heroic pieces that completely contrast the rest of the theme. It's basically the party's music coming in because we're turning the tables for the victory. Azdaha's theme does this too in Genshin as the Liyue instruments invade in contrast to Azdaha's instruments in P3. The final trial of FF14 Endwalker is also a much less subtle example, where the boss arena itself changes alongside the music to reflect the turn of the tide.
What a pity I did this quest on my phone on a train journey so I didn't experience this in full quality and couldn't hear much of this masterpiece because the train was loud even with my headphones on
So the song 《蝉喓歌》 in Chinese, is basically about cicada, a creature that spend most of its lifetime hidden underground for like 7 years or more, depending on its specie. When people hear cicadas' loud voices in summer it means they have finished hiding, looking for reproduction and their life is coming to an end. People from the Dong ethny simply made a song for them, and the song is a reflection on ourself. A lament of short life. That is the theme of Xianzhou and the goal for Phantylia: to avoid death and to seek enternal life.
im so dissapointed that my potato phone's sound wasnt working through this entire fight- these tracks are so epic though, expecting a lot from penacony!
