PART 1 - With an exceptional line-up of period Great Western and also London Midland Scottish Railway locomotives, some visiting, Vintages Trains, based at Tyseley opened their working motive power department and engine shed to the public. Showcasing a vast range of GWR this so called 'THE GREAT WESTERN LINE-UP' was to impress. Stars of the show included, a King, Castle, Hall and a City class locomotives! Plus also number BR 8p 4-6-2 71000, 'Duke of Gloucester' whom is hopefully going under the blow torch this November, for her major overhaul - which is proposed by Tyseley to be finished within the near forthcoming future, in 2018 allowing the Duke to return to a mainline steam service order.
