Hello everyone. In this video I will be building an Aska Model M4A1 SHERMAN tank. Please watch it. 皆さんこんにちは。今回のビデオはアスカモデルのM4A1 SHERMAN戦車を作ります。ぜひ観てくださいね。
Superb build. Incredibly skilled and detailed paintwork, but the process is not over-complicated for the sake of it. Definitely one of the best Sherman builds on RU-vid.
My papaw was a Tank commander in the 2nd armored division 40-45 he fought from Africa to Normandy thru France thru the Hedge rows with ocean barriers cut up and welded to the front of the tank and thru Germany AND the amazing and horrific War stories I've heard all my life from him and other papaw who was with the 34th infantry division THE RED BULLS he fought from Africa Landed at Anzio beach fought at Montacasino thru Italy.....AMAZING JOB BUDDY LOOKS GREAT
Awesome video!!!I have only built 1 Asuka Model kit - a Sherman Firefly sold under Tamiya logo. That was probably one of the best model kits have ever built and does put the modern Takom, Meng, Trumpeter, and other brands to shame with its crispness, detail, and ease of construction - had no problems building. Unfortunately, Asuka Model kits are a bit to "pricey" for my tastes. Also, have always thought that the M4A1 version of the Sherman tank family was the BEST looking of the series - just something about that rounded composite hull that makes it stand out amongst the others.
Great Video. Its nice to see someone do a lot of weathering, chipping etc. to the decals. I've seen lots of great builds, where the decals look like they were just painted on in the field, fresh and new. Cheers
Great tutorial...Thumbs up from me!...Music made me feel very sad towards the end when you see the crew in some way representative of lost young soldiers
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Beautiful work! Well done sir! I've built this same exact kit. And believe it or not, I used the tracks from my Meng M4A3, that i had left over from that build! The figures look awesome and are nicely painted and detailed..😃🫡🫡
Great job but is not a Normandy tank, the duckbill tracks were not used until oct 44..and the excellent Tamiya figures use M 1943 uniforms, not common until after Market Garden. I would place the kit in the Sigfried Line instead.
Hello friend, fantastic work as always, but in the video you can see the machine gun on the side of the barrel mounted upwards and the handle is downwards, greetings
Bonjour Super job petite question pouvez vous me donner la référence des chenille que vous avez utilisées pour monter sur votre Sherman merci encore pour ce super job
As what others have said, just a magnificent build! Watching your painting technique was truly enlightening for me. May I ask what Tamiya airbrush you are using and the needle size used?
23:45 I think oil dots level out the pre-shading done at the priming stage. Overall great as always Do you apply a coat of varnish after painting (before oil dots and pinwash)?
hi sir. wanna ask a question about weathering process. do you use saten varnish stage in that model? because i think that if you prefer using oil painting for weathering you need use saten varnish..and using saten varnish can make the model dark.
Hello. I don't use satin burnish unless I have to. Even when I use oil paint, I keep the basic paint. I don't like topcoat because it diminishes the tone.
