Just comparing some ince sliding t handle wrenches just to show how a simple tool can have a surprising number of variations on design and construction.

I love the 1/4 T handle, still looking for a WRIGHT in good condition to go with my general purpose 1/4 set. They don't currently make one though. I have 2 70's V code Craftsmans and they're a great tool, the V code stamp designates Moore drop forging and Easco as the manufacturer.

T-handle concept is great, it gives you excellent centralized force, and you have good feel with them. I use my 1/4 inch Snap On breaker bar extensively for certain task where I run the fastener down with my index/mid finger then torque it to finger spec : ) and the Snap On 1/4 block is tighter than the shiny chrome Proto breaker I have. Cheers, like listening to you

PLOMB ( not Plumb as in Fayette R Plumb the Axe manufacturer) changed its name to PROTO in the 40's because they had a few lawsuits going back to the 20's with Plumb over their similar sounding name and just didn't want to worry anymore.

Giller was a military contract brand during the Vietnam era.

Those bearings aren't detents? If it's there to allow removal of the handle it would make sense that some of them only have it on one end.

They do not move. They do not have springs behind them.

T-handles kind of went the way of the spinner handle, didn't they?
