Houses built in Pakistan should be based on Pakistan's climate. Having huge windows makes sense for Scandanavia where there is little sun. But in Pakistan the sun is in abundance. So in Pakistan houses with smaller windows to reduce temperature loss and having shades which keep inside rooms cool is more suitable to our climate. Otherwise it is clownish to use Northern European designs in Pakistan

Only morning sun comes to windows. Most of the time 9.30-4.30 its on the back or side with less windows. 21 kw sollar backed by 4 ton ac makes it possible to use without any cost. Solar chips and elevated solar shade resist heat from roof.

We have a similar house with huge windows and the architects work on the map before building like from where the sun rises and then goes towards the other side after some time and they out windows on that side.. also having a house with small windows and dark color Palette effect your mental health which no one pays attention too.. our own architecture in the past let's talk about 90s was with big windows and verandas almost 3 in every house.. rest it depends on individual to individual choice we cannot call it clownish .. it's brilliant work

The house is 60ft away from wires. As per wapda rule it should be max 50 ft from extension wire. Before building proper research was done as i was building for my personal use.
