I just noticed that you did your outer bar before your inner bar on the 4th and 5th bars of L2C on the final solve. When do you think this is worth doing? is it very rare or do you find that sometimes if the outer bar is quite easy you will do it first before doing the inner bar?

How do you balance practice between 3-7?
