Just worked on it this morning, after stumbling across this vid. HOLY CRAP this is so perfect for my play style and also my wife's. Our builds are a work in progress since I only had 2 pieces of Tac but we still were doubling our average kills. It was hilarious watching people have no answer for it. By far the BEST tutorial video on a build. I seriously was getting burned out with my 3-4 different builds giving me blah results. This is the one and so much diversity with it. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! i'm using 3 pieces tactician+savage+barret chest+specialized+pakhan+famas with booster shot and anti-pulse. I used to spend mods on health but looking at your work i realize now what i need to optimize to get the best of it. A BIG THANK YOU ! glad your back !

Put this build into play yesterday and today in Last Stand and am having a BLAST so far! Great idea with solid foundation behind it. Still working on fine tuning and getting the perfect gloves, but that withstanding, well done sir!

dude honestly I have telling all my friends about you who play the division. you have really changed how I play the game and I am trying all kinds of different builds and just experimenting with the game. And to see a build like this just opens my eyes and gets my brain going and thinking about how I can use this build with my friends. you are the best division youtuber in my opinion.

Great video! I've been using something similiar since PTS3 only with a shield. One remark though, I believe booster shot damage mitigation increase is 7.5% in 1.6.

Great video as usual! Been running an Alpha bridge identical to this build and getting the alt back ever 15 sec or maybe 30 is unstoppable even this build its back quick when running skilled on my secandary

This is why I run no stamina and 4200 electronics on my deadeye. Nimble tac advance and the cover to cover mitigation talent is like always having a booster shot and I can run mobile cover or Smart Cover along with a better pulse. Cool stuff man. Love your work.

I've been rocking the healer tac build but been getting ran over if not with my homies that understand I'm healing for them and just there for them. Solo playing people run and I'm like I'm healing stand your ground. So I've wanted to have the tac haste and super healz still. Now I know it can be done well. Thank you

This build is amazing! Played with it all last night! The key is surviving the first burst from DPS players. I run it with the pulse and booster shot, both with 20.5 second cool down. My MP5 burst as deadly, responsive and predatory in the free slot. Predatory is pretty if you get a kill as it will keep giving you health over the 20 seconds your booster is on cooldown.

You can also run rapid chest with skulls mc gloves.. you get your 15% skill haste for heals (no need for 2 piece tactician) and 16% damage from skulls, and another free talent (shortbow). Use the first aid for overheal. Sure you don't get the mitigation from booster shot but in the end you have a free talent and can use skulls gloves. That's what i'm running. competent on my weapons, which is almost always up, 4k electronics, still have the stamina for unforgiving though. Imho unforgiving still best talent for trading.

For this build got an ACR with talented, responsive and determined. Great roll IMHO. Cant wait to try it.

i made my build with 200k skill so i could invest more in firearms but im running refreshed with my build so i can make up for the lower skill power. it works really well and i got good dps from running the skull gloves build. nice vid

I have to say that you are 100% of what you are saying. I play LS with striker and I also use sentry. Both of my build have pretty good dps but my elect skill is not good at all and most of the time I get melted so fast. I never new how good is skills haste. Definity will try and follow your guide. My 2 build striker and sentry are really unbalaces and will try tact. build. Excelent vids my friend. I sub and like. Thanks

A similar tactician was the first build i tried in Last Stand in the day 1.6 came out. I tried a lot of different builds since then, but i didn't like any of them as much as that tac. :) Gr8 vid on pointing out why is the build good.

This seems to work. Running 2 tactician with vigorous and 3 banshee for the 10% damage increase. With skill haste this build is really good. Thanks for the advice.

Good stuff have somewhat similar build, I think death by proxy is a must when u run your seekers. Food for thought

I run what I call a "Paladin Build" that I've been fine tuning. I run an overheal w/ vigorous / 4-pc tactician (for now) with seeker mine. I stacked seeker mine damage at first but I was finding over time that I didn't actually need to do that. I switched to all skill haste mods. What I found was that increased readiness of my overheals kept myself and whoever was on my time, (I solo queue) alive far more often, and the ability to survive that much longer meant I had far more seeker mines to throw and even w/ the slight reduction in overall nuclear power, my seeker mines still dropped enemies at the front line whether they were injured already or not. The overheal does in fact keep me alive through any enemy seeker mines, and I can weave in and out of the front line keeping my team up, then lob my seeker BEHIND their front line and just multi-kill them, their deployed skills, and anything else in the way. This change allowed me to add some firearms, and allowed me to switch to an Lightweight M4 spec'd to the highest rate of fire. I really enjoy the build.

I like the build. I'm using the same concept but opted for Vig, shortbows and savage gloves with 3 tact. The tact BP for the 3 piece rather than 2 tact with spec BP gives a bigger SP increase. Not as much as 3 tact and spec but it's a good middle ground and the out play potential of shortbows is worth it imo.

Grump I must say you are up there with Marco when it comes to knowledge. I made this build but I lacked Competent and its keY! Thanks a lot. Also you could use are AR but instead you would need adept

Nice video and a solid build. I was wondering what you would think of running a TA backpack over the specialized backpack to get the 4 piece bonus? From what I'm seeing you would only need 10 TA stacks to reach 250k skill power, which is very easy to get, so you will probably always have at least that much for your heal. If you manage to get max 30 TA stacks it puts your skill power up to ~300k which should give a decent extra bit of health to let you go from say 2 bars of health to full overheal.

Been doing this seen week 2 PTS. Skill haste and constant healing is so important that it doesn't have to be restricted by the environment like nimble does. Given how I can do massive amount of damage while healing myself every 30 seconds, the survivability is just insane.

I'm using the same set up. 4 piece tact, vigorous chest, specialized backpack species into firearms and skill. the 50% skill haste is what makes the build.

Another great video. Few days ago I was running a similar build. Unlocking Brutal w/4 piece Tac. Skill haste mods but missing chest & gloves skill haste w/ 1.5 gear. Glad to know I was on the right track. Could you enlighten us if going past 4790 on firearms is efficient or not for this patch? It's the last hurdle for me. Your content is super necessary to play this game. Thanks

Hey gump love the videos. I put together this same build three days ago but with all high end n I never die due to my skill power healing 😁😁 . I don't worry about skill haste. I usually have a healer. I run with the vector hit a little harder than the mp5. Would you prefer Barrett's or vigorous chest. In the dz vigorous al day in last stand.

(outside of last stand) This build is also what i'm running for my healer, max skill haste (50%) with 300k skill power, 250s link cool down, using 3 tactician pieces (holster, kneepads, gloves), with vigorous chest, idk if rapid still stacks if the skill haste is already maxed. Still running with a coolheaded, competent svd, for even better cool down and some damage output.
