This has sat in my cart for months…. It’s still so pricey though, I can’t stomach only getting one car for the price. 2G’s is insane to feel in a car. EBay had it for $65 last time I checked, so $35 is a nobrainer.
I have "gold chameleon" version which is not quite as good as the "Golden Dragon" real car. Still it does shift a bit from toffee to violet. The SIKU version is great too but only black and blue versions.
The diamond thing at the rear is the exhaust system. Gumpert was nearing bankruptcy in 2015 and then a Hong Kong based company acted and bought it. The designer is Jowyn Wong, also responsible for the DeTomaso P72 which is based off this car.
