This place would be perfect. It’s actually walking distance to work for me but daaaaaamn whoever owns it clearly loves clutter. That place is way too small for all that stuff. It’s overwhelming

A one bed 1400 sq ft is huge. 1/2 bath a plus for visitors. I see a few comments saying nice bachelor pad, but the females can rock this too. The outdoor space and master bath is everything. Master with balcony. Awesome. The 2 living rooms a plus. This unit is quite lovely. The views. The layout. Everything. Thanks much.

I literally just had a fantasy of getting this place as a midlife crisis type pad where I can sneak away from home life under a pretense of a business trip and hang out like I was in my 20s again watching this video. Good job man.

Amazing. Only thing I would change about this apartment is reducing the number of items. Feels too filled up. Personally I prefer minimalist style living.

I like this guy. He’s kind of goofy and awkward which makes him so much more normal and relatable. I liked this style of video compared to the 6 bedroom $30 million condos. Even if I had that much money I wouldn’t need a condo with 6 bedrooms.

For me there are only 2 problems with this place. On the otherside of those bushes is the building amenities/ club house. I would want a high wall to have completely separation. #2 I didn't see a soaking tub. Otherwise this is perfect for me.

Ouch, 1 million for a 1 bedroom, not counting HOA fees... Well, if you can afford 1 million for just 1 bedroom then you're not hurting... It's gorgeous but sadly, most of us American's don't have 6 figures to splurge on... Maybe, just maybe hitting the lotto things will change but we all know the chances of that happening? lol, ~ Good stuff, a nice video that's truly a dream condo, the views, the design layout, amenities, design it's truly magical.
