What a way to spend your time, waist deep in a wild river, trying to tempt one of the most beautiful fish in UK waters, the Brown Trout!
This footage was captured during four sessions over a period of two weeks. The weather was changeable throughout, and as a result the river conditions varied massively.
I love the challenge of learning a water, figuring out where those fish are sitting in wait, ready to grab any passing food stuff.
This will be the first of a number of videos based on the predator species of the UK, with Perch, Pike, Zander, Chub and more Trout on the future agenda!
