I have watched hundreds of Larson Farm videos and I have watched this one at least once but when I watched this one this time, when Chet walked up on Doug cleaning the dump truck and yelled out his name and Doug jumped and yelled "what the devil" I laughed so hard I spilled hot coffee on my left wrist, thanks for the chuckle guys...

We’ve had to do the living apart thing from time to time because my daughter has low white blood cells and hubby works full time with a lot of people. Understand the situation and the difficulty very well. It is a loving thing you are doing for your wife, even if it sounds kinda odd to other people. Prayers for Nicole, those tending to her while you’re away and all the Larsons.

You are correct... and with the treads running backwards, they will “widen out” and help distribute the weight better, hence better floatation...

We sure miss Nicole's sweet smile and were excited to hear the great results from her test. We have thanked God for our answered prayers and pray that it's His will to make her whole and healthy and keep her safe. Can't wait to see her on the vlog and let her know that we will continue to be prayer warriors for her and the whole family. Thanks for continuing the vlog in this difficult time and sharing your personnel stories with us. Hopefully, someone will hear of this journey that Nicole and Chet have been on and will be blessed by it.

Pull types are very efficient. With a good operator and a good tender they’ll hold their own against a self propelled.

wife was going to do this at home radiation, were no one could be in contact with her not even our pup, or it could kill us. she changed her mind . she was scared, so I do kind of know what she is going through. My Dad mounted 2 x 400 gallon saddle tanks on our 826 IH tractor and a spray boom on the 3 point. Used it for regular spraying and spraying with the planters. I listened to a lot of Paul Harvey riding the fender of that IH. Keep up the faith Nicole. You can beat this.

We just got our first field of corn planted yesterday. We are getting snow flurries off & on with rain showers in the forecast. It's 40 degrees here also. We are about an hour or so north of you guys. Good luck with the rest of planting & I will say a prayer for Nicole & all her family.

It's good to hear that nikki is doing better. Still in my thoughts and prayers that things keep going good. I know that it's probably very difficult being in a different place than at home, but you are doing the right thing by limiting exposure especially when her immune system is a little weak. We have a button clutch brake on our 1974 C65 twin screw grain truck. Has a 13 speed Tranny and air brakes. 427 gas big block.

We are going to start planting again tomorrow. We had rain snow and cold temps. I think dad is planting right now but I'm not sure. We use a pull type top air sprayer like yours as well as a terragator self propelled sprayer. The pull type is good for running y drops for putting nitrogen on corn . The self propelled works great for putting on fugiside for soybeans . In our area our soils are lighter so wheels work great . But for your heavy wet soils tracks are way better . Take care and stay safe!

Wow, starting planting already? Our last winter in Paynesville, MN the daytime temps never got above -30 for three weeks straight. "Springtime " came and everything was still frozen solid the first week of May when we packed up and left. And there you are, still in April, spraying and getting into the season. Continued prayers for you and Nichole. Miracles do happen!
