Great space! Nothing wrong with it that could not be fixed by some comfortable furniture and a lot of wood paneling. I see a great library, another room with a full bar, another large room with a full-sized pool table AND a pocketless billiard table, long dining room, large living room, full kitchen and pantry…yes, could be very comfortable in this central location. Simple living, just the minimum 15-20 servants or so.
