You are not supposed to recast q instantly, it does more damage if u cast it after a few autos or e. Funny, because its the exact reason ahris q goes back, at first it was a recast abbility too, but people just spammed it back at playtests

enemies have no mr besides their base mr so max hp magic dmg looks broken

That was a rule, editor may have cut that part out - just tanks stacking hp for maximum dmg
