Anyone new struggling with the Oceanid, Layla is a lifesaver - the shield holds up to their attacks and her auto targeting stars tear the flying units apart.
For Electro Hypostasis I recommend Yanfei, she does a nice overcharge with the right build and she destroy the crystals much faster (her burst gives 2 damage, her skill gives 1 damage and her first normal attack gives 1 damage)
Tighnari is better than alhaitham for the electro hypo as he can actually take out the three crystals quickly and one cycle it whereas with alhaitham his 18 second cooldown on his skill prevents this.
For the pyro hypostasis, an HP-hydro damage-healing bonus clam (haven't tried other sets) Kokomi can basically solo it, but if you want to only run around, use Furina. The summons break the shield easily, you just dodge, and then they kill it. It takes one full E and about half the duration of a second one for me
Kaveh is also good at defeating Iniquitous Baptist since he can destroy all sheilds since most sheilds it produce is reactive to Dendro(if you're talking about the cryo sheild hecan destroy it too since he's a claymore)
