That’s an excellent question. If you go according to the scriptures we know that NOT everyone will be going to heaven. There is a set amount of people, Revelation says 144,000- that will be with the lamb (Jesus) in heaven. The promises of a paradise earth, resurrection, and having perfect bodies with everlasting life is for the rest of faithful humans. Psalm 37:10,11,29 are talking about the earth. Revelation 21:3,4 are referring to earth. Matthew 6:9,10 specifically mentions that we pray for God’s will to be done “ON THE EARTH”. also Isaiah 65:20-25- earthly Isaiah 35: 1-10 and many other verses, (especially in Isaiah) refer to conditions on the EARTH. Either things that will be fixed or taken away because they have never existed in heaven, such as imperfection, death, old age, getting sick etc. Gods original plan, or “home” for humans was right here on earth, and their purpose was to “fill the earth and subdue it”. That plan, purpose hasn’t changed. Isaiah 45:10- “he didn’t create earth for nothing, but to be inhabited.” Psalms 115:16- “earth was given to the sons of men”. The set amount of people in heaven will have JOBS. Revelation 1:6, Rev. 5:9,10 and Rev. 20:6 show that they will be Kings and Priests along with Christ is the Great High Priest and King. If you have Kings then they need to rule over something. And that would be everyone else on earth. Further- 1 Corinthians 15: 24-28 clearly shows that Christ after ruling for 1,000 years turns the kingdom over to his Father who will rule eternally. Also this shows how the trinity is a false doctrine because while the Son is subject to the Father, the Father at no point ever has been, or will be subject to the Son. They are not equal.

@@spencer8388 I’m still. having issues, after the “new heavens and new earth “ we are returned inside the holy city, after one thousand years, the second res erected , the ones that will be forever gone, will be like the sands of the sea, that’s a uncountable number that will charge the holy ciry, with Satan, they are all going to perish except the ones inside the holy city, the new heavens and new earth with no sea will be our new earth, I’m not sure on every detail as the bible ends in revelations not teaching us far past this but since we inherit the new earth, m sure our new glorified bodies will adapt with the no sea part, sounds strange, but we are told clearly to not lean on our own understanding, Jesus was in a glorified body, and he sets examples for us, since he was raised and still in human appearance but in a glorified body, we should expect that will be our new bodies, we do inherit the earth , there are two reserections, one to life and one to condemnation, since the old earth was cursed by Satan, we must assume the new earth will be in place and created for us , in our new glorified state, no more evil will be so the death of all evil must take place on the earth we now reside on, the new earth is for the first resserected only, no humans left to live here on our new earth. Only from heaven do we inherit the new earth, hope I made sense, I know heaven is for the rapture only

Rita Malik Christ Jesus and those ruling with Him are ruling over the nations. There are people still alive on earth. Not everyone will die. After the 1000 year reign, satan is released from the abyss and will decieve the nations again and will go against the Holy city- Jerusalem, not the New Jerusalem on the new earth. This is where God will put a stop to everything, wiping out the attacking army, white throne judgement will happen, everyone is judged, (except those who were judged righteous before.) Making the old earth and heavens disappear, making a new earth, new heaven. New Jerusalem comes down from heaven to the new earth. From there it is everyone written in the Lambs book of life shall enter the gates into the City. What most people fail to understand is there are still people in nations on the new earth living outside the New Jerusalem. As time marches on, people outside will have the opportunity to enter the gates into the City of New Jerusalem, when they have washed their robes and have the right to the tree of life. Read the last couple of chapters in Revelation.

Your doctrine is off. There is only one Jesus Christ who died for our sins. He fulfilled over 350 prophecies of the Messiah and when He returns for His bride (the believers in Jesus alone for their salvation) at the rapture and will return with us for Armageddon. The 144,000 are Jewish male virgins, 12,000 from each tribe who are sealed to preach the gospel during the Tribulation. Read all of Revelation, not just Chapter 14 as this is found in Chapter 7. I recommend reading the Bible cover to cover, you will not understand God’s plan until you have read all about it. I read it cover to cover every year and I still learn something new each year.

@@MaranathaMaryKate Yes, there is one & only one Christ Jesus, He is the firstfruits of the dead, as found in 1Cor15:20. 1Cor15:23 refers to those firstfruits being made alive first in Christ Jesus and they are the 144000-firstfruits as depicted in Rev14. For anyone saying that verse 23 is referring to Christ Jesus, they are understanding that Christ Jesus is made alive in Christ Jesus,,, this is not the case. Christ means anointed,,, Jesus was anointed for a reason. That reason is to be the Messiah,,,, Messiah means Saviour. He was anointed to be the Saviour of mankind. Christ is a title, not His name. Kings are anointed, The only tribes which are Jewish are from Judah and Benjamin, the southern kingdom of Judah. First mention of Jews in the Bible is in Nehemiah, talking of the remnant from Judah and Benjamin The only tribes mentioned in Rev7 which are sealed that are Jewish is Judah and Benjamin. Rev14:4 states the 144000 are purchased from among man-kind,,, not just the Jewish tribes of Judah and Benjamin. Anyone reading the Bible from cover to cover will read in Isaiah that they will find that they are male and female, not just male. Anyone reading the Bible cover to cover will also read in Isaiah 43-44, that these are also God's (two) witnesses and also they are the bride as depicted in Isaiah 54:5-7, with deep compassion He will bring them back. Christ Jesus will return for His bride half way through tribulation, when the two witnesses (Israel and Judah) are killed and they become the 144000, offered to God and the Lamb as firstfruits. When Christ Jesus returns with the 144000 as depicted in 1Jude14 to gather His faithful followers that went through the second half of tribulation period, (great tribulation) to rule, He will have a new name,,, no longer Jesus.

@@sonofthelivinggod2517 I don’t know where you are getting this doctrine (perhaps you are a Jehovah Witness since you struggle with acknowledging Jesus as God) but prophecy is always fulfilled literally unless explicitly stated as that is how it has always been fulfilled, which with regards to the 144,000 is very clearly for the 12 Tribes of Israel being male virgins. Your metaphorical interpretations of the scripture are way off and God says prophecy is not up to unique interpretation, another reason we know it is literal. I pray you pick up a real Bible and read it cover to cover so that you can meet Jesus who died for your sins, so that you can be saved before He returns for His bride. Acts 4:11-12 “For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says, ‘The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’ There is salvation in no one else! The 12 tribes of Israel that are sealed in Rev7 are the bride. God with deep compassion will bring Israel back as verse 6 states. When the 2 witnesses ( 2 nations of Israel and Judah) are called up to heaven in Rev11 is when they are sealed as the 144000 (one complete nation of Israel) and are offered to God and the Lamb as firstfruits,,, that is half way through tribulation,,, then starts the great tribulation (2nd half of tribulation,) where followers will have to remain faithful & don't deny their faith, even unto death.
