I disagree on this..i think eventually if get your first job in google i think then it make sense to stay there for long time. But google also do downleveled the people and hire them and ultimately people leaving the company with 100% hike. People who started from service based company also have to eventually switch to big product based companies to upgrade themselves. I think everyone scenario is different. Every body have their own trigger points and their own valid reason. Even recently sundar himself told that people need to switch to another company bcz eventually people are surfaced to comfort zone
@@takeUforward definitely they don't have 15k salary difference. But if a person from service based company have to reach to o a product based then that person have to do switches. And may be frequent too. Video states no focus on switch which wrong. Every employee ask for good salary and good work either try to have it within that company or find out outside. By the way I also work in Google. Thus I said I had seen all kind of engineers in industry. Switches and learning both are required equally. Most of the googlers are not happy this I have seen it. Google is also just like other company here people do make switch because of compensation.
The question asked was, should you do frequency switches. The answer goes on it, if the salary difference is bare minimum, you shouldn’t. It does not states small small jumps. If you do that, you will struggle trust me.
@@takeUforward i have decided i will work in it industry for 30 years, i will spend 3 years in 10 companies = 30 yrs, out of 3 years 1 year i give excuse that i am new to project , 2nd year i seriously work, 3rd year i again become slow in working and spend more time in interview preparations and leave company..don't take companies and life seriously. Nothing is permanent in this world.

After seeing even dream companies fired it's loyal people...I think people should focus on money and expertise both. And that can't come necessarily being in the same organisation.
He just wanted to say that focus on learning more. That's itm and focus on money you will make in long run instead of short term. Which means if you are already earning decent amount of money and switching just for little hike, you have to start again at new place. In your company, you kust have understood a lot of things but in new company learning how things work and setting up will take time.
Not really happens like this always. Achi company Sur team exposure job satisfaction k liye constantly awake raho. 30 k per month extra pe 3 switch Marlo to bhi sahi hai. Apnea Hisar se khelo. Ceo bhi switch maar rahe . I work in UHG being 5th biggest company. I can assure you find your best fit. Aapne bhi to switch liye hi hai na.

Issue yeh hai k mein aik jagah se dosri jagah jata hn pàison k liye because mujhe family ko support krna hai. Long run mein paise a Jain ge no doubt Lekin short run mein to Ghar chalana hài na. So its a two edge sword
