1 cup oatmeal.
1 onion.
2 eggs.
2 TBSP. Yogurt.
Salt.
Provencal herbs.
100 ml water.
Mozzarella.
1/2 onion.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
2 eggs.
1 glass of milk.
Parsley.
100g cheese.
Salt.
Dry Provençal herbs.
Chili flakes.
oil for frying.
Sesame.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
1 banana and 1 apple.
150 ml water.
60 g cranberries.
Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
1 glass of water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
1/2 pumpkin weighing 800 g.
A pinch of salt.
1 TBSP. Sweetener.
3 TBSP. vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon flaxseed.
Dried apricots.
Some walnuts.
Seed mix.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Soak the parchment in water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
Let cool down.
