35:40 - Yes, Barry. Evel Knievel must surely have been his real name, right? 🙄. (NB. It was Robert Knievel. He got the nickname as a teen when he was arrested the same night as one William Knofel and the sheriff described them as Awful Knofel and Evil Knievel. He slightly altered the spelling when he became a stunt cyclist.)

Thank you! Yes, there is a playlist with more, in chronological order, from 1971 to 1977, and a few more to come soon. Unfortunately many early ones were lost.

And to think what kids of 14 watch today .. and Walker rails against Winners film. I loved the 70's even though I could only watch these films until out on VHS 10 or 15 years later

A terrific film from Jacques Demy. You can get it as part of a Demy Blu-ray box set from Criterion. On the set it’s called Donkey Skin.

Unfortunate that those episodes with Jacku Gillott are 'lost'. I prefer her intellectual style to Barry 'motor mouth' Norman.

I love them both but indeed they should have kept her episodes too. It's heartbreaking to think how many priceless programmes were lost/wiped in the 70's...

@@dreamer459 This cultural vandalism cannot be excused of forgiven. ITV aren't blameless either. But the BBCs efforts were on an industrial scale - it's estimated that over 70% of all programmes between '55-'75 were wiped merely to save money. The lack of foresight is astounding.

@@--legion So true! I'm heartbroken because, for example, many Michael Jayston programmes were lost in this way (The Curtis Affair, almost every Jackanory ep. with him, Solo - Wilfred Owen, The David Frost Show about Nicholas and Alexandra and other interviews, a Detective ep., a Happy Ever After ep....). Unless someone saved at least one of these...
