Since relegating my workouts to the basement due to covid, these workouts have become an integral part of my fitness routine. Each morning, when I'm struggling to drag my butt out of bed, I just remind myself that there's a "Caroline workout" waiting, and it does the trick. Six months in, and I believe I'm in significantly better shape than I would have been otherwise. Thank you for a great variety of workouts that are both effective and inspirational.

This is my first time coming across your video. & I can say it is giving me a lot of hope and motivation little by little. I am 20 and I have always suffered with my fitness journey my whole life. I have always had weight gain a loss off and on. My body fluctuates a lot. But I just want to stick with it this time. I pray I can. It is so hard and especially have depression. It wears you down, especially being an emotional eater as well. I did get about 40 minutes in all of this work out done. But I didn't want to overdo it my first time. I do 100% want to hit my goal with this video by my 21st birthday. & That I have the mindset to do so and have the strength to keep going. It is tough, but I am going to do it no matter how hard it gets. Thank you for this video. You're a life saver for this!
Thank you so much for your workouts! They really have made me improve not just physically and resistance but mentally too, now I am more patient with myself and take breaks when my body feels like it!

If I was able to do all my workouts without stopping, it’d be too easy especially as these are for time based and not reps! I really appreciate this workout! I'm 50 and have a job that requires me sitting at my screen for long periods of time throughout the day. I started this workout 6 weeks ago and use it M-F. I split it into 30 min alternating workouts because I can't do the full hour yet. I can tell I'm toning up overall and my core is much stronger. Thank you!

With my two year old and five year old, I have yet to complete an entire workout. However, with what I can fit in, I am stronger at almost 40 than I have ever been. I wish I had these workouts 20 years ago! Best workouts period hands down.

Can’t believe I finished this workout it was very hard I found bodyweight workouts extremely physically challenged Ihad to pause for rest more than 10 seconds had to modify with the lunges and the pushups coz my body still sore of your 30 minutes kettlebell workouts . I enjoyed it though my legs 🦵🏼 are crying I felt it’s mostly focused on the lower body workout 😂🤣thank you ❤️Since I started following and doing you and another Penny workouts I feel stronger and my legs look and feel better specially to do kickboxing

Mamma mia Caroline wow liked it so much my quads are burning 👏I'm improving with push ups too still having more "problems" with tricepts push ups (pulling up) the going down is much better and I can hold the position but pulling up turns difficult any tips? 😘
I run three time a week and iv decided I need added to my fitness and start strengthening my muscles. Well iv just done my first hour workout and I’m broken!!! 😂
Dear Caroline, let's say we don't have time to finish all of it (1 hour) would you recommend to do the half or do another hiit session?? im usually in a rush, try to choose shorter classes. thank you!!
Dear Nur...not sure what Caroline will say but my feeling is that if you want a shorter class then simply choose a shorter class. Caroline has such a brilliant variety on her playlists that you are bound to find something. All good wishes. Matthew

I change it up during the week so could be core or triceps etc! I hope you find lots of fun, challenge yourself and grow stronger! Hey Caroline! I just discovered your channel after having followed Chloe Ting and Pamela Reif in the past! While their workouts are good,they focus more on "Being skinny and losing weight" rather than "Being strong,gaining muscle and losing fat" which I can see from your workouts,is your expertise.Having lifted weights since a couple years at the gym,I was really looking for similar workouts I could do at home during the lockdown and due to closed gyms.I am so glad to have found your page and I can't wait to start learning from you! 💯❤

FABULOUS FULLBODY completed This one is very leg intensive and tests the balance as well. After yesterdays 10min Press Up Workout the press-up section in todays workout is just tough enough especially the walking press-ups. The Plank also makes a welcome return 😊 I hope you're enjoying todays local heatwave Caroline and topping up on Vitamin D.
