I had a back pain and was feeling lazy to do the daily workout but when I saw your workout it seemed easy so decided to go for it but it was really amazing. I was showered with sweat. Wow... I've been working out with your awesome videos for seven days now, and finally I found this. I still struggle with push-ups and side planks, but this is just so extremely effective that I've decided to try doing this for an entire month straight. I think this will help me shed some pounds! This felt like a journey! Super effective workout thank you so much for sharing. I was feeling irritated by the lack of energy coming from the screen in the first 15/20 minutes but once I settled my mind and stopped looking for motivation externally and came back into my body I ended up feeling quite meditative. Took off my workout head and put on my yoga head....perfect 💕🙏🏻 and the knowing smiles from the instructor felt so warm and genuine 😊
I mostly doing only 10 min full body or cardio because i didn't really enjoy doing full body or cardio workout that much, but i finished this workout. It was a hot burn and a good sweat. Thank you anna❤

I love side planks, but my shoulders were so tired by the time we got to them that I couldn’t complete them fully. Also, I was disappointed that rather than moving into hip work after the back, shoulders and abs were targeted next.

This one was really hard I really enjoy it and I finished it. Proud of myself for get up at 5.30 am and doing this right night is so hot I couldn't even sleep longer
I'll be sure to be sitting in a wheelchair after doing the first 22 minutes of legs. Can't do today cause I have to work tomorrow but def will give it a try tomorrow.
I really liked it but I had to use both an elastic band and dumbbells for some exercises. can you do more lower or full body workouts in the TABATA form? pleaseeeee... thanks again!!
Man, just no. Too many squats and lower body, I was waiting for the lower body to end and it was halfway through the video and it was still lower body and squats variations. Killer sweats, but just no, just neverending lower body, should mix it up a little

Finally a workout without annoying fuss (too much talking, shouting etc.) Killer exercises, super effective (even for beginners). The arm toner and the stretching videos are also amazing.For me it's the perfect workout video. Thank you so much! 💪💪💪
Loved this workout. I wonder if you could do more 60-min workouts with no jumping. I'm recovering from a knee injury and I'd like to keep it light on my knees for now. Thanks a lot for what you do!!!
I searched for a beginners workout & this came up. While it’s a great workout, it was VERY hard for me to do & I work out regularly. I feel like if a true beginner attempted this workout, they would become discouraged.
I am so used to sweating and getting out of breath as a runner and cardio lover. But this workout made me feel tired and worked. I burnt 250 cal, but feel ready for a hot bath. Thank you and Happy New Year everyone.
