Hello Yinsters,
I am offering a one hour full body yin yoga practice with minimal cues and minimal chatter.
I would not recommend this class if you are brand new to yin yoga.
Practice Outline:
Child's Pose
Sphinx
Sleeping Swan
Half Butterfly/ Half Frog
Caterpillar
Supported Fish
Twisted Roots
Corpse
I will be using 2 blocks, a blanket and bolster...but please feel free to use whatever props are appropriate for your practice.

Wonderful! I loved the quiet space and especially the suggestion to just leave intrusive thoughts alone if they are too stubborn. I’m definitely going to try your other classes!

I woke up this morning and found your wonderful practise. I also noticed that I purchased the same mat as yours! I have noticed for a while now that Caterpillar has become uncomfortable with a feeling of pinching in the lower back. A bolster under the knees was very helpful but I had to leave the shape earlier. I hope you have settled back at work. My thoughts and prayers to you Brittany x

I love hearing that you came out of Caterpillar when your body told you it was time. A bolster under the knees can help for sure....you could also try elevating your hips a little bit more/less because sometimes changing the tilt of your pelvis could help with your lower back. You could also see how it feels to bring your legs a little closer or farther away. The mat I'm using in this video is a manduka pro...I hope you enjoy ❤️ xo

3/10/24. I try to bring some variety into my practice so I have a large collection of instructors I follow😂 This morning, I tried two other Yin yoga videos before this one but I had to quickly abandon them. The other instructors talk too much 😂
