​@SuyashSingh-hp6ri yes I can, but like any skill you have to practice alot to get better and better at it. Which easier said than down becomes a understatement. You have to become aware that your dreaming, then focus on manipulating objects. I never know where I'll be, idk if anyone else has dreams that aren't on earth but I do. And boy those are the messages. Please do note that one can invade another's dream intentionally (Astral projection) that's why I wanted to get good and ever since I was little this demon visited me till he became powerless and banished itself. Years of practice to be good, at this and I mean GOOD. I receive my messages in those states( not all) and don't always dream. Setting intentions help. Affirmations helps also, " I am aware that I am dreaming, I am in control of my dream state." Craziest thing I've been told was the brain can't make up things we've never seen before.
