Keep seeing stuff regarding E Day and people wanting stuff like weapon customisation, attachments, sights etc… and being able to drop shot and slide on the floor, couldn’t think of anything worst tbh I really hope they don’t do that. Hoping they stick to the roots of gears and not like COD or something 😩
You’ll get “roots of gears” with fenix collection, e day should be a whole different experience of gears of war. It should borrow the best ideas of the past gears games and mash them into one. We don’t need another gears 1, go play ultimate edition if you want another old gears game.
@@alio6359 yeah I didn’t say I wanted another Gears 1, I still play 5 and actually like 5 and 4 for that matter, so I’d be happy for E day to incorporate aspects of all gears games. I meant I hope they don’t stray too far from what we know as Gears because that’s why we’ve stuck around for this long.

How about instead of eliminating the wall cancel, maybe change the animation of the slide process while keeping it the same mechanically? So instead of a sometimes awkwardly looking slide animation, you get one that looks like the character is filling in those steps.

It's kinda like a Gentleman's agreement to not pick it up. There's no counter to it and it really shouldn't be in the game lol. And I understand your point but I personally would never pick it up. I think in 850+ vids on the channel I've used it like 3 times haha
Love the long videos 🫡 tbh, for me, if EDAY doesnt have FFA day one I’m just beating the campaign and going back to Valorant lol the team balancing in GoW has always been horrendous. Spent last two months going back and playing all the games and I can hold my own against teams but the players that play Gears don’t think when they play. Just hold their A button and run around. 🤷♂️ not to mention 90% of the matches I played someone is 100% going afk after they die on the initial. I don’t know man the games just don’t offer anything outside of an XP grind for solo players :/ but I really do hope the games successful for the players like you Icy that been with the shits for years, everyday putting time in.
