@@561madebo3 nah Russ was projected 5 seed and harden was expected to miss. Harden ended up 3 seed vs Russ 6 seed and smacked him in the first round. Jazz god all around team was Joe Ingles smacking pg 😆. Sure I agree he's still top 50 all time and top 10 pg all time

@raviamin2820 Ur literally wrong. The rockets were projected to be the 6th seed while russ was expected to miss the playoffs especially after the departure of Durant. Also how did he smack russ when russ put up better numbers than him which makes sense because hardens team was better and they overcame russ late in those games if you watched the series. Again with the jazz okc had a flawed system which again didn't have anything to do with russ but thr coaching as well as yes pg was getting out played by Joe Ingles which proves my point earlier when I said he had lack luster help. You know that yet u act like that stuff doesn't matter when it does. It's like if klay Thompson and kd didn't show in the playoffs and steph lost. Everyone would come to stephs side saying he had no help. So be consistent and at least apply context to those losses.

He does have a lot of issues in his wrists and even his fingers are dismantled due to constant injuries, but what's inspiring is his willingness to play through it. H actually loves the game and you can see it

Even on a good team. If you look at his per 36 he is right there. The big thing is the usage. The better the team, the lower the usage rate for individual players(usually) Russ tends to play better the more he is on the ball(but kudos to him for playing off the ball more with Harden, Beal, Bron, and now Kawhi) At 36 mins per game with a usage rate of 30 or higher i think Russ could still give a team 22/12/10.... The question would be, "should a good team give it's pg that high of a usage rate"? I think it depends on the play making abilities of the team's best player if it's one player or players if it's two.... Is the featured scorer or are the featured scorers, players that can excel while off the ball? I thought he was perfect to play next to Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Both can play off the ball. It would have been fun to watch The Clippers without the addition of James Harden. I think we were going to see a very exciting Russell Westbrook again. Hopefully the trade results in a championship for Russ. Huge sacrifice!
