Having worked as a delivery driver myself, I know that delivery drivers are always in danger of attack. Never put yourself in danger for the sake of a job. Tell the customer he needs to come out to your car, especially late at night. (I found that most customers understood your being careful, especially at night.) Never go into a building that looks deserted or an area that is isolated. If your boss acts like an ass, tell your boss you are not risking your life for him. If he insists you take dangerous jobs, quit. No job is worth your life. And if you have a boss asking you to take risks for minimum wage, you do not want to work for him anyway. Make sure that the place you work for sets limits on delivery areas in order to protect drivers. Never let a stranger in your car. Not a hitchhiker or anyone. As bad as it might sound, it is not your business to respond to an accident. Call the police and EMT's. It is permissible, even legal, to leave the sight of an accident if you are doing so in order to get help. You know nothing about the person in the accident. Are they are a criminal? A dope addict? Insane? you just don't know.
Very true. In my younger years I delivered for all the well know pizza places over a 8 year span. This was before Uber and such. 4 days before Christmas I was called to these run down apartments buildings. When I knocked on the door a guy in a ski masks and all black came out with a gun from the back of the building. He demanded money. Obviously we dropped our money at the store so he got $40 bucks of pizzas and $12 bucks I had on me for charge. He kept me there for a few mins trying to get the money but then gave up when he realized I really didn't have it. Cops never caught him because no evidence.
Just found your page this morning and I’ve been binging all your videos. I love them so much, these are perfect for sitting around a campfire. Thanks for all you do!!
Wow, these stories were truly spine-chilling! 😱 The delivery driver tales were especially intense - it's a reminder that you never know what can happen out there. Thanks for sharing these gripping stories, can't wait for more!
Wasn’t there actually a Doordash or Uber Eats driver who went missing and was found deseased recently in the US? Makes these stories even creepier, cause these things can actually happen in real life😳
I really enjoy these longer videos. Especially now while I'm recovering from a painful shoulder surgery that has left me struggling to sleep. Thank you for sharing this and keeping me company and sane 🥹 I'm a longtime subscriber and have listened to many videos while working from home. But right now, I can't tell you how grateful I am for your videos to help me thru my recovery process. TY!
@whispereddiaries I love when you use that music in the background with the rain and thunder sounds along with all the other sound effects used so well in story 5
now hearing alot of these stories i think we need to be more skeptical to people these days, attetion to all details is very important, i like these stories and keep captivating me in them, these people who work on night shifts are brave, we hope they can take something to protect themselves from the weirdos
I work early mornings i get up by 230am and i always listen to these on my way to work on the dark drive and just love it! And even better i get to listen for 4hours of my shift!
Hello Whispered Diaries, I wanted to let you know that there's a channel called "CreepScribe" who's uploading your videos and just editing the audio a bit so they doesn't get caught, they're already at 1k subscribers. please take proper action against this channel for uploading your videos without your consent.
Moral of all horror stories i heard on RU-vid? Always. I mean always carry a gun/firearm of somekind. There is a lot of crazy people and you have no idea what u will run into. With a weapon you can feel safe.
Story 2: I’d like to say that you aren’t crazy. I’ve experienced some very bizarre behaviors from people in my life. I don’t know why they do what they do or their own internal demons. I really don’t want to know about their psychotic issues at all. I followed a person on RU-vid (Jonathan Kleck) for years, ended up meeting him and all was well for a short time. He proceeded to try and destroy my life as well as my families life. Who knows why people do what they do. Kleck has publicly said I’m crazy but in reality it’s him. Believe me or not. I don’t make my living off of people’s donations and Kleck has made plenty off of trying to destroy my family. I don’t get it, can’t understand his motivations at all other than seeking donations and being a narcissist. You’re not nuts. I’m not either. Hang in there and I’m sorry for the trauma you had to endure.
I’d like to add that me and my family have had to file police reports over this situation. We have received threats from the members of the Kleck cult. They want us dead because Kleck has convinced them we are the devil.
I love these stories they’re so captivating! Real or fake, the imagery my mind creates for each story is honestly, like a mental playground. Plus it makes you more aware of weirdos. Next time I dash I’m keeping my pistol on me. DoorDash says follow local laws for weapons. It’s legal to carry in my area. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 but I pray I never have to use it that way.
So I was laying in my bed listening to these different stories from multiple different narratives they were all good stories and all good narratives but there was only one that really scared the s*** out of me one narrator who made is so real that for some reason I kept looking over my shoulder down the hallway it came to a point where I just had to shut it all down walk through my house and make sure I was alone and safe with my one-year- old son and call it quits for the night try to get myself to sleep alone without listening to any more of his stories cuz it was that good thank you I really really enjoy the stories and how you put all the background noise and and whatnot into the stories truly really creeped me out
These night drive/road trip stories (and also gas station, hotel, and vacation stories) are my favourite type of horror stories tbh, my Sagittarius is showing lol
One very late night or early morning on a vacation my mother and I was driving through the Florida State Forest lands between the last town and Tallahassee going towards Tallahassee. We never passed another vehicle or no one was behind me. In the middle of NOWHERE we suddenly came up on a woman walking towards Tallahassee. I was driving not fast because I had never been on that road. I didn't STOP 🙀
I love these stories. But that said, I really can’t believe how often people put themselves in harm’s way & are so hesitant to call the police. Why? Male or female: don’t ever allow a stranger in your car. Don’t ever open the door to a stranger. Hopefully these stories will teach people to act immediately when they are in danger.
You have too be careful calling the cops you might answer the door still holding your protection and the cops shot you i don't really like calling them but sometimes they help but most peoples make themselves victims by the way they like living theirs lives. Parting too much going out too bars bring all kinds of peoples too the house you don't won't everybody's too know where's you live😮.
I run a bread route and stay strapped. We had a guy get jumped behind a Walmart during the pandemic and that put a lot of us on edge. We always have sketchy people coming up to us, and you just never know who has bad intentions.
Is it really worth your $5 tip to go into sketchy places. I don't understand why these people put themselves In harm's Way turn your car around and eat the food yourself and go home.
Loving the long-form and compilation videos! Even the ones I've already heard in the shorter editions are fun and creepy on a re-listen. Perfect for background while I'm doing manual tasks in my office.
lmao i swear every time i start to think "hm, maybe i should start dashing on the side.." one of these horror delivery stories pops up on the algorithm and plays and makes me second guess that idea 😆
I worked on night cleaning crew shift at a theater and have seen people ride by/walk up, asking to come to in. The worst was finding out that handful of trailers nearby was swarmed with cop cars only to find out there was a dead body on the property.
