I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit in order to chill out & relax. I compose music that can be labeled as for example: sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. I love to compose music and I put a lot of work into it.

I have searched and searched on Utube for the perfect music to help my insomnia. They either have birds chirping, musical instruments that are too loud and not soothing enough for me , or water splashing too hard against the rocks. This is the PERFECT relaxing music for me. Thank you for the upload. I closed my eyes and vividly remembered the 9y.o me, running bare feet in the village, without a care in the world, back to my grandmother's (RIP) place where she made what seemed like the most amazing and heavenly tasting food that I've ever had. I feel extremely thankful that i live in a time where an absolutely free youtube video can bring me back there, even for a moment. Thanks again.

I’m tryna work with a racket at my house but I can’t so I came across this on Utube and thought it would be nice but boy was I was wrong it was fantastic that I managed to complete i5 in 5 mins

One of my favorites. I wonder if it's possible to add binaural beats to this music? Even if subliminal, the subconscious would still probably hear it and maybe lengthen the REM part? Longer deep sleep.
