Yes! Even 150km-200km/hr would be a breath of fresh air. Went from Barcelona to Montpellier this summer and it never reached 300km/hr like Madrid->Valencia but still better than what we have here. Then day trips from Montpellier to the beautiful surrounding cities/towns were all up around 200km/hr.
