I crush soap at home -I crush until it’s powder form ! Ha.. then I put it all in a bowl add some water & spoon it in some molds … then when molds dry I slip them into some pretty little gold bags & give away to family & friends …. 7-9-23

Oof that might suck, try drinking warm water, make sure ur room isn’t that hot or cold, see if the room is dark or light, if ur thinking or worried about smth, write it down. This reassures the brain (it’s science idk how to explain it) If that doesn’t work, tense up all ur muscles for 10 seconds and let go. It might make u sleepier. And if THAT doesn’t work, open ur eyes and challenge ur brain saying “I will not sleep haha j can’t make me sleep” That “triggers” the brain and the brain thinks it’s a sign for you to sleep (there’s science behind that 😢) Sorry if makes no sense
