Does it take 1 full hour to drive around the Island or is this 1 hour what you planned for? It's great btw and I am going to be there in September and very excited !!
Hello. The drive takes more than 1 hour specially if you'd stop on the beaches like we did. The video shows only the drive part which yes it takes approximately 1 hour. But it is not a big island I would say max 2-3 hours including the stops.
For easy access try the spiaggia Monti D'A Rena see the video around 26:08 how to get there. But the best by far in my opinion is the spiaggia Testa del Polpo same vídeo around 44:44 but that one requires a short walk to get there, you can drive and park closer but there are very limited spaces. But maybe September you will be fine we went there in August at the peak season.
