Well done! Some people think that training is easy. In order to achieve success, athletes have to struggle and give up many things. And then some people resent them because they have a lot of money. I love the great variation of exercises. In future exercise videos could you let us know how many reps of each exercise we should be doing. Or , are the few reps that we are being shown all that is necessary. Thank you

Fantastic video. Any ideas for lower back (lumbar spine). Most of the back injury prevention was upper rotation (I think). I'm coming back from bone bruising in the L3 vertebrae. Thanks

Opening up the thoracic spine really helps with lower back pain, as does working with hips and feet which he is doing in the videos

continuous ones can be 30-60 sec of 2-3 sets. repeatable ones can be 10-15 repeat 2-3 set depends on you.

This is an excellent instruction and exercises but shot poorly. I wish there were more wide shots so we can see better the exercises.There is no need to be creative in shooting this we am trying to watch the exercises not how good the shot are. It is very distracting.
