My first time ever trying to yoga. I am so glad I tried it while I’m in the hospital. I’m in a rehab center and my rehab is going better. Thankful to Tatis for this yoga lesson . I had been practicing for 6 years after I got stroke and I’m 76 now I couldn’t skip a day until I leaving the earth.
As someone who has always been active and a bit of a gym bunny at times and who then found themselves with one very frozen shoulder and one "sort of" frozen and aches and pains from menopause I am so HAPPY to have found these sessions. I love them, its something I want to commit to, start to get moving again. Loved it and can see it becoming a daily thing. Thank you

Virginia…Exactly, I’m a 75 years old stroke survivor I’m in this class for five years to live happy days that I believe Jesus had extended my life to be with my grandchildren. Every morning when I wake up with bad back pain aching body and stiff neck and nose. I can’t skip exercise to release all the pain and uncomfortable breathing Thanks you so much Ms Cervantes. This yoga class is very well paced and goes through moves with a nice flow. I love that it is an hour long. Any less than that doesn't fit the bill as far as I'm concerned. Thank you for bringing this class into my home.

Started a chair yoga class 2 years ago only once a week as I could not do some of the mat exercises with arthritic wrists and found it very helpful, both for mental and physical health. A few months ago found this online yoga session with Tatis Cervantes-Aiken and I am so pleased I did. Most of the moves are ones I was familiar with and she leads everything with good explanations and alternative moves when necessary. Love it!

I have been doing this in combination with your vibrant aging video for a month now. Almost everyday. It has greatly improved the strength in my legs. I have MS and the balancing part is challenging but I am getting better at that also. I have increased reps now while you explain the moves now that I know them. I highly recommend these videos for people who have challenges. Thank you so much for posting it on RU-vid.

Thank you so much for this video and showing me and others that yoga can be accessible. I have had some pretty bad health challenges over the last couple of months and am trying to learn to take better care of my body. I love the controlled breathing and stretch of yoga as I am a person who carries a lot of stress, tension, and anxiety. Robin Peskoe, she really is one of the best chair Yoga instructors I can find online. I specialize in chair Yoga, and have to attribute this class for the style I adopted. 💚
