1 In 1 Out Position and How To Stand Up - Sweep Completion 

So far we covered completing sweeps from the inside position where both of our legs are inside our opponent's. However, we will also frequently work from and neutral 1 in 1 out position and be matched with our opponent. The rest of this series will cover this position.
