Thank you for this. I'm a cradle Catholic but went to an Ordinariate Mass recently. Absolutely beautiful and in stunning English. I'm tempted to buy this book as I've always loved the liturgy of the hours.
I have the edition for the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter here in the United States. I use it daily. We are trying to grow an Ordinariate Community recognized by Bishop Lopes as St. Cuthbert of Lindisfarne in Indianapolis, IN. We pray Evensong communally every Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
But what order does everything go in there’s no video explaining the formula the 1st thing 2nd bit etc at what point do the Psalms occur before or after the lessons. I also do not understand how After Trinity works Vs week of Ordinary Time. I’m more used to praying the Collins Vat II office which is difficult enough in an of itself. This book is extremely difficult to understand and I give thanks for your efforts in explaining it but it makes zero sense to me I just don’t get it. Without sounding rude I didn’t find these videos helpful at all. But God Bless you for trying to explain it.
I won't lie as a former Anglican wanting to keep a bit of that heritage this book hasn't helped at all so far so hard to get your head around and none of these videos have helped
