Pros: -Bathroom tiles are all the way up to the ceiling. Good Job. -Flooring and woodwork (Cupboards) is excellent. -Independent dining room. -Cupboards in the hallway is good for storage. Cons/Suggestions: -Servant room on the 1st floor is pointless and exploits safety and privacy. That room is excellent for study room purpose. However, since toilet in that room is of inferior finishing, any resident willing to convert it to study room would have to spent extra time and money to remodel the washroom so it matches rest of house's standard. Its a deal downer. -Filtration system can be added right next to water tank on the roof for outgoing water so inner pipes don't get clogged (always happens in pindi/isb). -Judging by the asking price, dual door fridge in the kitchen and washing machine and dryer in the dirty kitchen must be included. I am surprised why its not included in the first place. -Boundary wall could be taller for privacy. -For this price, a proper chimney in drawing room, dining, both lounges and master bedroom would've been excellent. Just giving gas points is lazy work also gives poor aesthetics. --> Builders should either give chimneys or install centrally heating system in the price of the house. Whoever is buying/building a 1 kanal house is not a poor person.
