Not according to US Border Patrol chief Raul Ortiz in his testimony to Congress on March 15, 2023. I'll take his word over Mayorkas. Or just talk to the Texas ranchers living along the border. And Pastor Skip is in New Mexico on the border so I would think he would know pretty much what's going on. In any case it's not secure enough with all the drugs and human trafficking going on.Thanks!
