I can’t wait to download this and play in it!! I love everything about this house but one of my favorite parts of this video was when you passed to label the floor plan (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway, etc). I struggle with room sizing and floor plans so being able to see how others size theirs rooms or where they place them can be very helpful. This build is super cool though!

Okay so #1) I am curious if putting the DJ Booth under the stand will keep it from getting broken every time that it rains. #2) I really enjoyed this build. I am new to your channel but consider me subscribed. Lastly #3) I would gladly have sat through another ten minutes of video if you would slow it down. There are so many details that I was trying to catch but by the time I pause it you have already moved the camera to another room. Played at like 75% of this speed would be much better and not feel rushed. The editing was well done, other than the speed if I had any other opinion it would be to give the video a personal introduction. Let us know what inspired you, any unique features in particular that you liked how they turned out, what the ideal sim family that you had in mind while building would be like, etc. Anyhow, good show, thank you for sharing!

Thanks for your comment Sebastian Mottley ! So #1) No, the dj booth is not broken when it rains but it cannot be used. However, the climbing wall is broken. I should have put it somewhere else. #2) Thanks for the subscription #3) You're right, I took a break before each slow motion but the most of the time, the break could have been longer.

This house doesnt work in my game😥. The game cuts off while trying to place it everytime.. Once I some how finally placed it, it wouldnt load for gameplay without crashing my game.

are the items used are from expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs? or did you use mods? would you be able to explain the difference because i honestly don’t even know😂 this house was great btw. you’re very creative

I almost have every pack and I used them for this house. I mentionned in the title that it was "no cc". It means I don't use any custom content (cc) to build this home. Expension packs, game packs and stuff pack are added EA paid content, they will never broke your game. Mods are made by sims community fan, this community made really great content, most of them are free, you can use them at your own risk. Thank you for your comment!

what are those stone panels you line the lower walls with in the restrooms?

These are from the city living pack. There are 6 of them (with 6 differents name like "DynaSign Co. Plaque" or "Herring Monument Plaque". Well "plaque" will be the key word) . You can find them in the decoration section in the miscellaneous category probably. Sorry, my game is in french and I'm not aware of the english vocabulary used for the game.
