I live in Oregon and used to work for a small construction company that made nice custom homes. I built two houses in that time, both $1-2 million range. Why are these houses like double the size with infinitely nicer views😂

Dope!! I bought 2 brand new homes and I noticed a few things after seeing so many. The first home, it’s kinda wack when u open the front door of the house and immediately see the backyard view. I don’t wna walk in a house and already see the back lol. I need more depth. Also that master bedroom pathway? U already see the foot of the bed from the entry? That’s bad layout design imo. Don’t get tricked into the gimmicky interior design. It can distract u from observing the practicality of it all. Ok. That’s a lot. My bad. Lmaoo

Where in the Bay are you located? My husband and I bought a 1920's home in Vallejo (A safe area) and are extensively renovating it. He's a Luxury Contractor and I'm an Interior Designer. Would love to show it off when its done lmao.
