This is the easiest cookie to make, and it has more nutrition and fewer calories than classic cookie of this size.

1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
(makes 1 cookie)
Ingredients (classic version):
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup ground oats or oat flour (25g)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Ingredients (eggless version):
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup ground oats or oat flour (25g)
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per cookie - classic version):
224 calories, fat 8.1g, carb 31.8g, protein 6.3g
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per cookie - eggless version):
178 calories, fat 3.9g, carb 31.9g, protein 4.1g
Preparation:
In a coffee mug, add the applesauce, liquid sweetener of your choice, salt, vanilla, egg yolk (or milk for eggless version), and mix together.
Add the ground oats, and mix using a fork until a smooth batter is formed. Make sure there are no lumps on the bottom of the mug.
Stir in the dark chocolate chips and sprinkle some on top.
Microwave on medium for 40-60 seconds, it depends on your microwave, but don't overcook it.
Let it cool for 3 minutes, then dig in.

HOMEMADE HEALTHY NUTELLA
Ingredients:
1 cup dry roasted hazelnuts
1 cup dates
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
water to soak the dates (just to cover)
Preparation:
Soak the dates, then place all the ingredients into the food processor. Blend for 5-10 minutes until smooth in texture.
