You have to initially soak the rava in curd for half an hour and soak the poha separately for few mins and then grind altogether...that makes it soft...in ur video we can easily make it that it doesn't look soft except being fluffy
What brand dosa pan is good for health and which lasts for many years, if any idea? All my nonstick pans just wears out in couple of years, asking for good , healthy cookware suggestion which actually lasts for 5 years or 10 if not more, thx in advance!
