Agree. I sadly, had to eliminate pasta, which I love. I did some research and testing and I found a brown rice pasta, that is so good, that I can now have pasta dishes/add to soup etc. and enjoy. It's the little things.
I currently started meditation with an app (Headspace) It‘s super helpful for a calm mind and personal groth. Sometimes the small things are the most helpful.
I have heard of this app before. Currently I’m using the app Insight Timer, but I would like to have more mediations. So I will take a look at headspace. Thank you for sharing ❤️
My new morning habit is drinking tea using a fine china teapot, teacup and saucer. I drink water from a lead crystal wine glass. All of these items were purchased second hand from estate sales, thrift shops and Facebook marketplace. It is so beautiful and it makes me so happy to use it. I feel like the queen of my castle. 💕
Drinking tea in the morning sounds great. I heard that drinking out of lead crystal glassware is not safe though (the lead can leach into what your drinking)
Today I learnt to cornrow my own hair. It didn't come out nice at all but I learnt how to flexibly move my hands. When I learnt doing my own make-up it took a lot of my time but now I am always happy with the outcome. Slowly but surely will be good at this as well.

Yes, goals and intentions would be a wonderful post. I understand it, however, more information and examples will help. I had the same issues with coffee. I drank tea for a few years, then switched to herbal teas. No caffeine now, and I feel much better. I once read a quote from a military wife 'Routine is the balm of the fearful". I find routines comforting and they create structure for me. I need to work on a better morning routine. I love homework!!!! Thank you, Urania.

Don’t underestimate nourishing your body. As women, what we eat/drink effects us more than we think. Cutting out sugar for 3 weeks changed my life. More energy, my mindset is so positive

My dad had the same issue with coffee! He loves the taste and wants to drink it all day long, but too much makes him jittery. Now he mostly drinks decaf so he can still get the enjoyment of coffee without the bad effects!
Hi Urania! I have a few questions for you.😊 First, could you make a video about intention setting, please? I think I really need it. I’m always trying to set “SMART” goals but then have a problem with reaching them. Second and a really strange question: when we choose a feminine muse, can it be a deceased person from the past or should she be a living muse with her ongoing life, goals/intentions? And the third one: as a teenager I didn’t/couldn’t do any “girly” things, so I have never learned using makeup. Could you make tutorials or do you already have some? I have one older make-up tutorial but I suggest looking up ladies on RU-vid or TikTok. One of my current favorite is Uche Natori. I love her make-up looks. 💖

Your morning affirmation that you did like a year ago is my favorite. Please do another. I listen to your lucky girl one, but the morning one resonates with me so much.
