Every time my allergies start in, it affects my ears the worst! Can’t hear people. Feel like I have an ear ache. Was dealing with this for around a month! Was about to go see a dr. I looked a little goofy but after just doing this, everything is much better already.

When scuba diving it is vital to get the eustachian tubes to open during descending to equalize the inner ear with the external increasing. Scuba divers have always used the technique of manipulating the mandible jetting It Forward side to side and producing an extra forceful swallow as well as looking upward extending the neck as much as possible. Also if you are one of the people many it seems they have chronic excess mucus production in the sinuses nasal region in the eustachian tube or even the lungs 🫁, you may want to try taking a supplement of organic oregano oil, several grams a day broken into smaller doses taking every few hours and particularly a couple hours before bedtime. Note that for most people if you do have extreme mucus at this point you better have a box of Kleenex because for most people the excess mucus from start to drained and ejected from the lungs and you will be blowing it out and coughing it out in unbelievable quantity. This is worked for me in the past and because of that I routinely take a couple grams organic oregano oil daily, this has definitely helped keep my lungs and airways free and clear and has visibly and empirically improved my running capability as well as my comfort level while running

Thank you,Dr.Mandell for this technique for clearing up the sinuses.I have had a dislocated TMJ situation years ago,and I was in"unbelievable" pain.I had a bad reaction to a medication for sinus congestion,and my jaw dislocated. I found out that the TMJ can create all types of disomfort for the human body,from your back to other areas of your body,if the TMJ is aggravated/ irritated in some way.
