Everyone keeps saying that, probably cuz of the trailer, but this is a one hit hunter, sooo perfumer will just die in 5 hits :|

If people still can rescue against her, she still has con. No hunter is perfect and Naiad isn't even a top tier hunter (every hunter has con that is simple and the fact). Even though I'm not a Naiad main, but as the hunter main for 3 years with many badges before, I have tried her and I see her weakness. Like someone said earlier, first is stunners. Pro survivors told me that just transition kite against her so her second weakness is transition kite survivors. Third is maps, she is a type of hunter that relies on maps. Fourth is flywheel, confirmed by B badge Naiad main that is a friend of mine. Fifth is fast rescuers. Her skill can deal damage, but it has a delay, so fast rescuers can wait for a good moment and they will come out very fast in order to do sudden rescue (I saw many rescuers do that in Hydra) Sixth is yes, no map control you already named it, also no cipher control. In high tier, sometimes you will see a tinnitus near your chair, but no one comes out to rescue. Their tactic is baiting you, so you can't go around in order to control ciphers, or you will let them have no damages rescue or free rescue. If you don't want them to have a free rescue, you don't go around, then everyone else decodes happily. In the end, control your emotions and ego to discuss with your logic. If you are a character lover, then yeah, I also simp Naiad her skin looks hot 🗣️🔥🔥🔥 But if you are a hunter main, every hunter has their weaknesses and that is a simple fact. She is a good hunter overall, I really agree with that but if she has no weaknesses, no offense but that really sounds like a character lover to me, or low tier hunter.

Not to mention her awfully small hitbox, decent hunter but not game breaking.

@@Samoyed_doggo_gaming8929 "single hit" means only one way to injure survivors. Hunters like geisha, wu chang, and mary are all single hit hunters. chip hunters like galatea and bonbon & hunters like ripper and axe boy are multiple hit hunters

For chasing, I don’t think she is map dependent. Every loop has shadows around it and if you don’t like that small 8% speed in a chase. You still have the remnant to use. If they loop around the pallet, drop the remnant on the side they’d run into it. Teleport to it once the survivor is close enough and that should be a hit. If you place it correctly they can’t stun you, and they can’t counter rotate back to the pallet without getting hit. That seems pretty good to me. Pre dropping still doesn’t stop her from placing a tenant down on one side of the pallet and cutting the survivor off and forcing them into the remnant. Her main weakness for this playstyle is survivors chaining pallets and loops together that are away from the remnant. There’s more I can say about her potential but I think this is the jist for her anti loop capabilities
